A quick list of things that required my attention after upgrading from 10.5 to 10.6:
- Little Snitch needed to be reinstalled. Luckily, my license key was still valid for the new version.
- I had to install the latest version of the MOTU audio drivers (1.4.23) for my Traveler.
- My custom SAMBA configurations were totally lost - luckily, I had time machine backups. This was actually the biggest PITA to get working again. I had to edit one of those "Don't edit this file" files, so it's entirely possible that OSX will blow away my config again.
- My apache configs were replaced, again - time machine saved me here.
Edit: MacPorts also broke. New version (1.8.1) install was as easy as a download and a package add.
Edit #2: The developer kit is *not* automatically updated, and needs to be reinstalled.
Admitedly, as a UNIX admin, I do things that are against the will of the Steve. YMMV.
